Nangartas Water fall - Amboli

Nangartas water fall is about 10 km from Amboli Village. If you are coming from pune or mumbai then you have to come back from the same road and take a right turn to reach Nangartas water fall. While visiting the Nangartas water fall, we take our cloths with us to get wet in it. But, its unbelievable to see such a waterfall. What I think is that , Nangartas is the one and only one waterfall of this kind. Water coming from mountains and fall for more than 50 foot down and best thing is that the gap between two mountains is less than 2 foot. Means there is a valley for water and gap in between two mountains is less than 2 foot, and if there is a slight Sunlight then you can see no. of  Rainbows in between that gap. MTDC developed platform above this narrow Valley to see this magical waterfall. Everybody should visit this place once in lifetime. Kanhe phata to Khandi distance is 35km. From pune khandi is at 78 km and route is pune- nigdi-talegaon- kanhe phata- khandi. and from Lonavala it is 58 km and route is lonavala- kamshet-kanhe phata- khandi. Google map attached below.
